Do you provide custom pricing?
Yes, we do provide custom pricing for businesses who have a high processing volume. Custom pricing may include flat Transaction fees instead of percentage pricing or preferred foreign exchange rates. Does the payor pay the Transaction Fees or the recipient?
Unlike other providers, borderless only charges one side of the coin. As a payor, you have flexibility whether you want to pay the fee or defer the fee to the recipient. To defer the fee, the recipient must have an active borderless account. If you pay a non-borderless user, you will be charge the Transaction Fee. Are there any monthly fees?
Only Starter, Growth, Enterprise and Partner business accounts have monthly fees. To make payments, borderless offers different plans depending on your business needs. Each plan has different features for a low monthly fee. borderless also offers a FREE plan called “Co-Creator” where you can receive payments with no monthly fees. My plan is "Co-Creator". Is it Free?
Anyone can create a free borderless account. If your billing plan is “Co-Creator”, then you are under the FREE plan. Whether you are an individual or a business, you can sign up to borderless and get paid with no monthly fees. All the funds will be sent to your linked preferred payment method. You can receive payments from any active borderless business account leveraging low fees, great exchange rates and avoid incoming wire fees where available.
There are limitations for Co-Creator accounts. For example, as a Co-Creator, you are unable to make payments.

Are there minimum requirements?
Anyone can create a free borderless account to get paid. However, if you are business or marketplace looking to make payments, there are minimum requirements to get started with borderless. Requirement may include, but not limited to, years in business, volume processed per month, business history, etc. Requirements depend on the business type, vertical and history. If you are a startup with less than 2 years in business, please reach out to our team to see if you qualify.

Do I need an API integration or are there no-code options?
For tech enabled companies we do provide a plug and play API for fast integrations. But don’t want to code? No problem! You can still manage payments on your dashboard, make mass payouts with file uploads, and payout via Groups. For automation, we still strongly recommend that you integrate the borderless API platform for a more efficient experience. Depending on your API plan, a one time API integration fee pay apply.
